This page outlines the terms of sale governing all orders placed with Factory Direct Import. Placing an order with FDI
International constitutes acknowledgement and agreement with these terms of sale:

Terms and Conditions of Sale:

All orders placed with FDI International (via phone, fax, mail, web, e-mail, etc.) constitutes the acknowledgement and
acceptance of all conditions listed on FDI Internationals' Price List and all conditions listed below. All parts shall
remain the property of FDI International, Inc. until paid for in full. All orders shipped to a Georgia address must pay
7.00% Georgia Sales Tax, as required by the Georgia State Board of Equalization. In the event that an order placed on
the web site does not calculate sales tax and the order is being shipped to a Georgia Address, Factory Direct Import will
calculate the sales tax when the order is processed. There will be no notification made regarding the adjustment of the
total amount of the order reflecting sales tax. All prices, materials, design, and specifications are subject to change
without notice.

Shipping:

All orders will be shipped in a timely manner by FDI International, Inc. FDI International, Inc. reserves the right to
change the method of delivery on all orders as deemed necessary, and to make price adjustments accordingly. FDI is
not responsible for delays above and beyond Factory Direct Imports' control. If an ordered product is no longer available,
the remainder of the order will still be processed.  You will be notified via email or phone, and given the opportunity to
place the item on backorder or receive a refund on that item.

Special Order Items:

All special orders require payment in full at the time of ordering, and cannot be cancelled. Special order items are sold
AS IS and are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.  Customers making special order purchases are responsible for
all installation issues. All special orders and custom orders will be processed in the most timely and efficient manner
possible; however, FDI will not be held responsible for delays above and beyond its control. Special order items typically
require an extra 8-10 weeks for fulfillment.

Order Cancellations:

In the event that items ordered are special order or back ordered, customers will be notified via e-mail or phone. Order
cancellation requests for special order or back ordered items must be made by submitting a written request to
info@fdisalon.com via e-mail within 5 calendar days after notification is sent out by FDI. There are no cancellations for
items that are neither special order nor back ordered. All cancellation requests will be handled as a product return and
subject to a 25% restocking fee.

Return/Exchange Policy:

Return for exchange or refund will be allowed only within 5 business days from the date of receipt. All authorized
return merchandise must be unused and in its original saleable packaging. There will be no return or exchange on
merchandise that shows signs of having been installed, modified, mounted, scratched, or defaced. FDI must receive all  
returns within 10 calendar days of the invoice date in order to receive a full credit refund. All returns must be
authorized by management before any returns can be made. FDI will not accept any returns without authorization.  The
return must be received by FDI within 10 calendar days after authorization has been issued. Return Authorization does
not imply a replacement or refund, but only that FDI will inspect the merchandise based on the customer's claim.
Returns must be sent freight prepaid and insured by the customer. A refund, exchange, or  return will not be
considered until all relevant items, hardware, and accessories have been returned to FDI International. Original
shipping and handling charges are not refundable. All custom entry fees and duties associated with any return or
exchanges will be charged to the customer. A photocopy of the customer invoice showing the invoice number must
accompany the return, along with a written explanation and a contact telephone number where the customer may be
reached. It is the responsibility of the customer/installer to verify the correctness of size and application of all parts
before installation.

Shortage claims must be made within 5 working days of receipt date. All claims for damaged merchandise must be made
with the shipping carrier. Please keep all shipping cartons and all packing materials for carrier inspection. FDI cannot
initiate any claims with the carrier. All approved refunds will be paid either by Company Check, Credit Card Credit, or
Account Credit, which will be determined by FDI. A 25% restocking fee will be assessed on all authorized returns. Any
refused shipments sent back to FDI does not constitute the right to a refund or credit. It is the customer's responsibility
to make all arrangements with FDI for refused shipments. It is company policy to charge the customer all shipping
charges associated with the shipment and a 25% restocking fee on all products shipped.

Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability:

FDI International does not warranty on color variation over wood, fabric, leather, vinyl and laminating materials.
Fabrics, leather, vinyl and laminated materials are not warranted against wear, fading, staining, soiling, seams coming
apart, tearing, crushing or all of which are influenced by the user created environment or to the care of which the
product is exposed during use. This limited warranty does not cover the damage caused in transit, improper
installation, excessive use, or alteration. All warranties are limited to repair or replacement, to the original purchaser,
and remain at our discretion. Accessories and replacement parts may be available for purchase on select merchandise.  
Use of replacement parts provided by other manufacturers, or, not authorized by FDI International, Inc. may affect
equipment performance and voids all product warranties.

Warranty:

No warranty whatsoever will be valid if the defect was caused by the customer's abuse, negligence, or mishandling. All
merchandise sold by FDI International, Inc. is only subject to manufacturer's warranties and conditions, if any, and is
subject to submission to the manufacturer for inspection and approval for repair or replacement of merchandise. The
customer, however, will be responsible for all shipping and handling fees. No labor or inconvenience may be included
in any warranty claims. There is no warranty on lights, light bulbs, decals, electrical parts, screws, bolts, rubber rings,
gaskets, glass table tops, and mirrors.  Check your state and local laws regarding the use on any parts.

It is the customer's responsibility to retain any and all invoices for their record and warranty claims.
