We will have FedEx deliver your boxed furniture to your door (you'll need to unload and unpack the
goods and note any and all problems with your merchandise, a claim to FedEx should be placed in order
to receive a compensation). Do not dispose of packing materials until you verify there are no shipping
damages. When ordering be sure to include your street address, with apartment number if applicable,
and daytime phone number. . We do not ship to Post Office boxes.
We ship same business day if your item is in stock. Within the U.S. it is typically 3-7 business days to
receive your items. Outside the U.S. varies. Canadian orders are typically 5-7 business days.
If your order includes several items that aren’t in stock, you should consider this in your order. Special
orders take 8-10 weeks to deliver, because of manufacturing time.
For express delivery please email us at sales@fdisalon.com for more details (remember to include your
address and the items you'd like to order). The price for express deliveries can range from 10 to 100
dollars more than standard shipping, depending on destination and volume / weight of the goods. Only
standard shipping is included with your price, so please anticipate paying extra for this service.
For orders outside U.S. and Canada please email us at sales@fdisalon.com for an exact shipping
quote in U.S. dollars at the lowest possible cost to you (remember to include your address and the items
you'd like to order).
Some furniture items / destinations (for example deliveries outside the contiguous 48 U.S. States) require
additional time and costs for delivery. You will be promptly notified by email should this apply to your
order. You order will not be processed until your confirmation is received.
