Shipping Charges (U.S.)
Shipping charges are prepaid and added to the invoice.
UPS is used for all U.S. orders.
All other shipping services (such as expedited) are calculated based on order weight, and distance in relationship to our Atlanta,
GA location. These rates are charged at the carrier's published rates. Also, please review all notes on this page regarding
possible surcharges.
Freight Shipping
Orders that must ship by freight take five to seven business days. Shipping for items via freight will have an additional charge.
Delivery is available to physical addresses in the lower 48 states. (Sorry, no P.O. Boxes or freight forwarders.) Transit time is 5-7
business days once your order has been processed. Extra charges may apply for delivery after business hours or on a weekend.
Expedited shipping is not available on freight orders. Heavy items (such as items in excess of 150 lbs or very fragile items including
glass) must ship Freight. It is noted on the products page if that item is a freight shipment.
Shipping and Other Charges (Canada)
Shipping charges are prepaid and added to the invoice.
Canadian customers are responsible for all duties, brokerage and applicable country taxes if the broker is specified by the
customer.
You can choose to allow Factory Direct to nominate a broker for your shipment. This will save on brokerage fees. We use No
Global Borders as the broker.

Freight Shipments
- Additional charges apply for deliveries to residential addresses.
Please make note of the following guidelines/restrictions on delivery times:
- All shipments are subject to stock availability.
- Delivery times are based on carrier policies. We cannot guarantee delivery times.
- Due to shipper restrictions we cannot ship to PO Boxes.
- All expedited services vary by zip code. Check delivery services for your area before calling.
- For shipments to Canada, timely delivery cannot be guaranteed as the shipments may be delayed in customs.
We do not ship on Saturday, Sunday or national and company holidays.
