What is your return/refund/exchange policy?

Before submitting a request for return or exchange, please note that returns are accepted only under the following conditions:

-- The returned item(s) must be received by FDI International within 5 business days request -- The returned item(s) must have the
original tags attached. -- The returned item(s) must be unused and in new condition.

If the above criteria is met, please follow these instructions to process your return:
1. Go to our website and fill out the "Return Authorization Request" form. Forms must be filled out in their entirety before they can be
processed.

2.  A support representative will respond to your request within one to two (1-2) business days with instructions on where to send
your returned items.

3. Once you have shipped your return, please respond to our support representative at sales@fdisalon.com with date you shipped
the return and include a tracking number if possible.

4.  Upon receipt of the return, we will issue a refund to the credit card used for the original purchase. You will need to give us this
information again as we do not keep credit card information on file.  A support representative will contact you for this information.  
You can expect to see the credit on your billing statement within 2 weeks after the return is received. Please note our refund policy
below:


After receiving the returned item(s), FDI International, Inc. will credit the customer's account for the original purchase price minus the
25% restocking fee (if applicable). FDI International will not refund original shipping & handling fees, or return shipping & handling
fees. FDI International will not refund any customer whose order is not received because the shipping address provided during the
checkout procedure was inaccurate or incomplete.  FDI International will not re-ship any order that is not received because the
shipping address provided during the checkout procedure was inaccurate or incomplete. You are responsible for all return shipping
charges. Shipping amount is non-refundable. If your order has a free/discounted shipping fee the refund amount will be less the
actual shipping cost. No returns will be accepted after 30 days, from the date of purchase.

CANCELLATIONS

Cancellations must be made prior to 1:00 pm EST of the day your shipment will be going out as to avoid having fees incurred. Your
order will be shipped out SAME business day if ordered prior to 12:00 pm, if after 12:00 pm, your order will ship out NEXT business
day. Absolutely NO returns, exchanges, or cancellations will be accepted on customized/special ordered merchandises or non-stock
merchandises. Any changes or cancellations will be allowed, provided that the order has not been put into production. If the order
has been shipped to your delivery destination at the time of cancellation, all shipping fees are non-refundable.  FDI International
reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed on incorrectly priced products and incorrectly calculated shipping costs.
Please allow 7-10 business days for the credit to appear on the account. There is a $25.00 fee on all cancelled orders. All orders
that have already been shipped will incur a 25% restocking fee - and shipping costs will not be refunded.

Deposits and Lay-A-Way
Deposits are non-refundable.  Any moneys involved in deposits are turned into store credits valid for up to one year.  Lay-A-Way
deposits are non-refundable.  Any moneys involved in Lay-A-Way deposits are turned into store credits valid for up to one year.  
There will be a 3% processing fee incurred on all deposits paid by credit card, subtracted from final store credit.  A 25% restocking
fee will also be assessed, and will be subtracted from final store credit.

IF SHIPMENT IS DAMAGED

Shipped via Freight:

Please inspect the outer boxes as soon as your shipment is delivered - while the driver is present - and note on the
POD/Delivery receipt ANY and ALL damages.  These include dents, dings, crushed corners, holes, tears, etc.  Please
also note if shrink wrap has been removed, punctured and if your order is no longer on a pallet.
If it is NOT noted, you are
signing that the shipment has been received in good, undamaged condition.  

Please do not throw your boxes away until you inspect your entire shipment.  If there is damage, we will require
pictures of the boxes that the equipment arrived in.
 

You MUST CALL WITHIN 48 hours of delivery and report the damages.  We will then ask you to send us digital pictures of the
contents
AND the packages they came in.  We require the pictures before we will send out any replacements.

RETURNS

There will be a 25% restocking fee on all items approved for return. We will accept merchandise for return only within 5 days of
receipt, 30 days for an exchange, provided that the merchandise is in original condition, the customer has retained all original
materials, accessories, and packaging. Fees may be increased if shipments are returned to us damaged or without original box. FDI
International, Inc. will NOT accept any return on Shampoo Units that have already been installed or connected for plumbing.
Customers must receive an Authorization Approval number prior to a return. All returns are subject to inspection before approval for
a refund. Absolutely NO returns, exchanges, or cancellations will be accepted on customized/special ordered merchandise or
non-stock merchandise. Any attempts for a return past the 5-day window will remain at the discretion of FDI International, Inc..
Shipping charges are non-refundable and the customer will absorb all applicable fees. The customer is responsible for providing
proper packaging and may be held responsible for any additional shipping fees (i.e. call tags, shipping insurance, and repackaging).
Any merchandise received not in accordance with the above stated policy will be denied return delivery acceptance. All returns will
be carefully reviewed and authorized at the discretion of SalonGuys. Please call our representatives for and RMA number before
returning an item. Any item returned without RMA will delay the return process severely.  Returns, exchanges or refunds are NOT
accepted on clearance or showroom models.

Limits of Liability:
If these products fail or do not perform as warranted, your SOLE RECOURSE shall be to follow the instructions as noted above.  We
will not be liable to you or anyone else for any damages that result from the failure of this product.  These damages include but are
not limited to the following: lost profits, lost savings, lost client, damage to other equipment, incidental or consequential damages
arising from the use or inability to use this product.  Express or implied warranties are disclaimed. IN NO EVENT WILL FDI
INTERNATIONAL, INC.  BE LIABLE FOR MORE THAN THE AMOUNT OF PURCHASE PRICE, NOT TO EXCEED THE CURRENT LIST
PRICE OF THE PRODUCT.

C.O.D.
No C.O.D. service is available. All merchandise has to be prepaid before shipment is made.
