Customer Pick Up
1. Print and fill out the Letter of Authorization.
2. Call or Email us to let us know you wish to have someone else pick your order up.
3. The Authorized Representative MUST bring with them the original Letter of Authorization, and either a Company
ID or State Issued ID (Drivers License, Passport or Military ID).
4. If you do not pick up your order within 7 business days your order will be voided and your credit/debit card will
be refunded all funds
5. Pick up hours: 9:30am to 6:00 pm Monday - Friday.
