Warranty Issues for Items purchased prior to August 1, 2010
Unfortunately the company responsible for manufacturing your equipment and therefore the warranty on your equipment,
"Factory Direct Import" or "FDI Salon, Inc sold the assets of the company July 31, 2010. They would be who you would
need to contact for warranty reimbursement. We have no contact information to provide for you, beings the business has
dissolved. Pretty Salon USA, purchased the physical assets of the business, i.e. land, buildings, equipment, and began
manufacturing on 08/01/2010. Your product was not brought on board with FDI International, Inc. because our parent
company Pretty Salon USA, already had product in place that could meet the target market for your item. Many of the
components in your equipment are used in other items that we do currently manufacture, so we would be able to offer you
service parts for your equipment. Service parts can be ordered via credit card by calling into our toll free number 1-866-
384-9094.
Once it leaves our facility, delivery is out of our hands, and the responsibility of FedEx or the freight  
company.  We cannot guarantee a pickup time from our facility.  Every item that leaves our facility
has insurance. Please give yourself plenty of time for shipping as we can NEVER guarantee
shipping time - there is always the possibility of inclement weather or other reasons beyond our
control and beyond the control of the shipping company.  If we are not notified by you, the
customer, within 48 hours we cannot file a damage claim and cannot be held liable for damages.
