Report a Package Problem
If you need to report a lost package, a damaged package, or missing parts, our Claims application can help you through this
process.
Report a Lost Package
Report the lost package through the Claims application so that FDI International can begin a tracking system search. If the
package is not found, the buyer can file a claim for a complete refund and/or replacement item.
Report a Damaged Package
If your package was damaged in transit, report the damage. If the damage is confirmed by UPS or Freight, the buyer can file
a claim for the damages.
Report Missing Parts
If your package has missing parts, you will report them here.
Please remember you have 48 hours to report any Damages and/or missing parts.
