General Shipping Information
Standard shipping is via FedEx. All freight is delivered curbside, signature required. Carrier may or may not call
to set up a delivery time. Extraordinary delivery requirements may necessitate an additional fee to the carrier. The
estimated delivery time will be approximately 1-5 business days from the time of order. If you have any customer
service questions, order status inquiries, concerns regarding defective product, assembly of furniture or product
operation, please call 1-866-384-9094 and ask for the Customer Service Department.
Curbside Delivery
Curbside delivery service provides delivery of your item(s) to the curb at the end of your driveway. This service
does not include set up or assembly of items or removal of packaging materials. Your item will be shipped to a
local delivery terminal. Deliveries are made between the hours of 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM Monday through Friday
and will be scheduled as a 4-hour window. Your item will be delivered truck and will be taken off the truck by the
delivery driver. FDI International requires liftgates for larger items for an additional charge UNLESS you specify if
you have a delivery dock at your location. Upon delivery please inspect your item(s). You will be required to sign a
Proof of Delivery receipt. Please note any damage to the item or packaging on the delivery receipt or, if refusing
delivery due to damage please note refused due to damage on this receipt. Immediately open all packages and
inspect contents. Any damages MUST BE REPORTED within 48 hours. A signature is required for all deliveries;
the driver is unable to complete delivery without a signed delivery receipt. Please note, if you live down a road or
driveway that the delivery truck cannot access without causing damage to the truck we will be unable to complete
delivery.

Color-coded maps are for illustration purposes only. Actual transit times may vary. Transit times shown are in
business days. Transit standards for Canada shipments assume that there are no clearance delays. Service to
and from points within Canada may require additional days. Please visit the official FedEx website for more

Freight Shipping VS Ground Delivery
Ground delivery is only available on smaller items which are able to be transported via a standard FedEx delivery
truck. Ground shipments can be delivered to residential or commercial locations. Freight delivery is used for
larger packages which need to be handled with care and delivered on a larger truck via a pallet. Freight
deliveries typically utilize a lift gate on the rear of the truck and delivery is curbside only. It is important to track
your freight delivery so you will be able to sign for the delivery and move the packages to the interior of your
space. Freight delivery to a residential address (even if the business is located in a home) will incur additional
costs. We recommend delivering to a commercial address whenever possible.
Combined Shipping Charges
Typically, larger orders of multiple items can be changed from FedEx Ground to Freight, resulting in savings. Call
our Sales Team at 1-866-384-9094 to receive a quote and compare costs.
No C.O.D. Shipping
We do not ship Cash On Delivery. All purchases must be paid for 100% prior to shipping.
Shipping Locations
We are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes, and APO. Our shipping prices are listed on all pages for Canadian and US
shipping. Our company warranty ONLY applies to the US and Canada.
Requirements
We require a telephone number to be submitted with your order or it will not be shipped. Not submitting a
telephone number will result in shipping delays until we receive notice from you.
Canadian Customers
Please be aware that if you reside in Canada, you are responsible for your own Duties, Customs and other
International fees. These costs are not included in our price. You are responsible for providing broker
information, if you do not do so, we will use No Global Borders. You are responsible for all brokerage fees.
